Our team was delighted to support Glenoaks Housing Association with two piece of Community Engagement work. Nina and Alison designed and conducted two listening surveys to find out tenants’ views on the backcourt areas, one pre-development and one post-development works.
We then facilitated a Community Event to present and discuss plans for backcourts and respond to first survey findings.
Finally, we provided a comprehensive report on findings at both stages.
